The registrants accept that all transmitted personal data are processed by The Bridge -Forum Dialogue a.s.b.l. (hereafter the “BFD” or the “Association”) pursuant to the applicable legislation on personal data and in particular the Regulation (EU) n°2016/679 (“GDPR”).
The BFD is the data controller for the processing of personal data related to the registration form. The Secretariat of the Association is in charge of the entity to which the processing has been mandated.
The personal data will be processed in order to organize activities such as conferences, seminars and any other event by or in cooperation with the BFD, as well as contact management. The personal data may be transferred to the staff of the Secretariat referred to above, in charge of the organization of the conferences, of other entities which staff is involved in the events as well as contact management and of other entities or other staff members in charge of such services, including the management of access badges, identity and security checks.
The personal data will be protected, stored and retained only for the necessary duration.
Participants authorize the BFD’s photograph to take pictures of them during the conference for report purposes, including the publication of the pictures on the Association’s website. In addition, they accept that the BFD may record the questions or interventions in both audio and video format.
The BFD hereby undertakes to ensure the full respect of the private life and personal rights of all registrants and participants to its conferences (including right to access, right to rectification, right to data deletion). In that end, the BFD has also appointed on a voluntary basis un data protection officer (DPO) (rsvp@forum-dialogue.lu) within the BFD’s Secretariat, at the Banque centrale du Luxembourg (2, Boulevard Royal, L-2983 Luxembourg).
